It is respectfully stated that I have been suffering from fever for the last three days and require leave for the remaining of the week. I tried to attend school despite my health since I understand that the
school has a very strict policy regarding attendance and I am also a vigilant student and never skip school for no rhyme or reason. But my health demands that I do so, it is unavoidable. I would b much obliged if you could grant me leave for the rest of the week till Friday.
